Welcome to IRepairPGH.com. Use of and purchase from our website is
subject to the following Terms and Conditions and also our Policies. Purchasing
a product or service from IRepair, is considered acceptance of these terms,
conditions and policies set forth herein.
Guarantee of Repair:
IRepair makes no guarantees of repair. At IRepair, we value providing
our customers with a cost effective repair solution, unfortunately under
certain circumstances this may not be possible. If we determine that your
device can not be repaired cost effectively, we will ship your device back to
you and refund any unused parts purchased for the repair.
Purchased Elsewhere (Outside Parts):
Our technicians will not install parts from other suppliers. If you
supply parts from another retailer, they will not be used for your repair at IRepair.
Problems with a device's logic board or 'main board' are not
always immediately apparent and may require the installation of one or
more parts before this issue is discovered. Once a repair attempt has
been made on a device with a damaged logic board, the device may;
function like it did before, function intermittently, or no longer
function. Attempting to repair an electronic device carries this inherent
If upon arrival to our facility your device is in a damaged or
disassembled condition such that we can not fully test its functionality, or
the device is passcode locked and no passcode is given, IRepair will not accept
liability for any component or function, that is not included in the repair.
Only the parts and service listed on the invoice are eligible for any warranty
or guarantee herein.
In many cases IRepair can not restore a device to a 'previously damaged'
condition if a repair attempt is unsuccessful. In addition, IRepair can
not guarantee that a device will return to partial functionality after a repair
attempt has been made.
When you visit IRepairPGH.com or send e-mails to us, you are
communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications
from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting
notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and
other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal
requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and
you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your
account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
IRepair is not responsible for typographical errors. IRepair reserves the right
to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error
concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed
the order. IRepair
attempts to be as accurate as possible, however, IRepair does not warrant that
product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by IRepair is not as
described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
We take great care in the handling and repair of every device, however
if accidental damage should occur while in our care we will compensate you for
the fair market value of the device as it was received. This value will be
calculated using value estimating websites such as, but not exclusive to,
Gazelle.com. You will receive a refund of your order back to the original
payment source, plus the balance (if any) of the fair market value minus your
order refund in a check. Total compensation will not exceed the fair market
value of the device.
Devices shipped to IRepair with broken glass parts (digitizer, screen
assembly, back cover, etc.) may be returned without these parts if the repair
is refused or unsuccessful. For safety reasons, IRepair will not ship any
device containing parts with broken glass if these parts were removed for
repair or have pieces of glass missing. In addition, IRepair' technicians will
not install parts that include broken glass in any device.
If you encounter a problem with your device within 90 days of receipt,
we will repair or replace the any part(s) purchased from IRepair at no charge.
If another issue is found that we overlooked in the initial repair, there will
be no labor charge, however you will have to pay for the part(s) necessary for
the repair. If an issue unrelated to our repair is discovered, normal repair
rates apply. Note: If there are signs of physical damage or moisture damage,
the warranty is void and the repair will be treated as a new order. We do not
send valet boxes for return repairs. We will pay the return shipping after the
repair is completed.
IRepair is not liable for any lost data during repair. Please backup your data
prior to sending in your device for repair. In some cases it is possible to
transfer your data to a new hard drive, please ask a IRepair representative
about this service.
Any device or accessory left at our repair center longer than 60 days without
communication will be considered 'abandoned' and will become our property. We
make numerous attempts to contact our customers about the status of their
orders, however ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to communicate
with IRepair about their order. We usually send a diagnosis report via email within
72hrs of receipt of an device, if you do not receive this email please
check the spam folder of your email program or call 1-800-440-4693 for
your diagnosis results.
No Changes to the
No IRepair employee or agent has the authority to
vary any of the terms and conditions governing any transaction.
IRepair may make changes to any products or services offered online, or to the
applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without
notice. The information provided online with respect to products and services
may be out of date, and IRepair makes no commitment to update the information
provided online with respect to such products and services.
If any of the aforementioned terms are held by a
court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or
unenforceable, such term shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum
extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies
the intent of the term, so that the terms shall remain in full force and
IRepair's failure to insist on or enforce strict
performance of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver by IRepair
of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any
course of conduct between IRepair and you or any other party be deemed to
modify any provision of these terms.
You agree and understand that it is necessary for IRepair to collect, process
and use your data in order to process sales, perform service and confirm
compliance with applicable laws. IRepair will protect your information in
Complete Agreement; Force
This Agreement governs service transactions
accepted by IRepair. No other oral or written terms or conditions apply. IRepair
does not authorize any variance or modification of this Agreement.
IRepair is not responsible for any failures or
delays in performing service or delivering your product or a replacement
product that are due to events outside IRepairí reasonable control.
IRepair reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time.
Diagnosis and Repair
This is our 'bench fee' or
minimum service fee. It covers both the diagnostic service and labor to work
on your device. This fee is non refundable once a diagnostic report has been

Similar to our 'Diagnosis
and repair service', this is our minimum service fee for attempting
installation of parts in your device. This fee is non refundable once an
installation attempt has been made.
The parts removed from a
device during a repair. These damaged parts become our property and will be
Cost Effective Repair
A total repair cost that
does not meet or exceed the replacement value of the device.
Partially Damaged Condition
The original damaged condition before a repair
attempt has been made by IRepair.
